· Clean out/organize all closets and cupboards

· Clean any drapes or curtains

· Replace damaged window blinds

· Clean window blinds and windows

· Replace rusted/broken register covers

· Replace broken/cracked outlet covers

· Wipe down all woodwork

· Patch nail holes in walls as needed

· Clean/polish kitchen sink and faucet - replace as necessary

· Clean kitchen cabinet fronts/install new hardware as needed

· Clear countertops, put away appliances, accessories, etc.

· Clean light fixtures/ceiling fan blades

· Repair leaking faucets

· Unclog slow drains

· Replace air filters

· Remove any attached/built-in items you intend to keep

· Clean bathroom sinks, vanities, tub/shower, toilet-replace as necessary

· Replace vanity hardware/towel rods as needed

· Replace toilet seats

· Re-caulk tub/shower, sinks, and base of toilet

· Hang new shower curtain

Exterior

· Trim tree limbs and shrubs

· Put down new mulch/replace dead/dying plants

· Repaint/replace mailbox as needed-apply new numbers

· Mow/edge yard

· Clean out garage/remove clutter

· Clean/replace exterior light fixtures

· Clean entry doors/storm doors/vinyl siding-repaint/replace as needed

· Repair/replace damaged windows/screens

· Install splash blocks/gutter extensions as needed

· Clean driveway/fill cracks/reseal as needed
